The activity log
As more people work on your account, it helps to have a record of what happened and when. Activity Log keeps exactly that, a record of actions taken across your account.
Owner only
Section titled “Owner only”Activity Log is visible only to the account owner. Admins and Staff do not see it, so it stays a private record for whoever owns the account.
Tracked actions
Section titled “Tracked actions”The activity log captures create, update, delete, and publish actions across your restaurants, menus, invitations, and the account itself, building up a running history you can look back on at any time.
Names, not IDs
Section titled “Names, not IDs”Every entry in the log shows the team member’s first and last name, not an internal ID, so the log reads clearly without you having to look anyone up.
Filters and search
Section titled “Filters and search”Use the filters and search on Activity Log to narrow the list down, useful when you are looking for something specific rather than scrolling through everything.
Timezone-aware timestamps
Section titled “Timezone-aware timestamps”Every entry’s timestamp is shown in your own timezone, so the log always reads in local time rather than requiring you to convert it yourself.
How to find out who did something
Section titled “How to find out who did something”- Open Activity Log.
- Use the search or filters to narrow the list to what you are looking for.
- Read the entry: the name of the person, the action, and a timestamp in your own timezone.
Next, see Multiple accounts for how switching between accounts works if you are involved with more than one.
